As all our orders are housed with us and dispatched directly from Dubai, every order is cleaned upon arrival until it reaches you, while all products are handled only with protective gloves. For delivery, all our vans are fully cleaned inside and out in an intensive daily process that ensures the utmost hygiene. Drivers are equipped with disinfectants and face masks, and wear protective gloves when handling any order. Return & Exchange Policy
Please notify us immediately about any product defects or incomplete shipments.
Conditions of Return, Product must not be used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way. Return is acceptable only within 5 days from date of delivery. Original tags and packaging should be intact. For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged.

Return shipping costs will not be covered by Ribbons.ae. Items purchased under Special Offers or Discounted Products are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, feathers and fabric items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Defective Products
We accept returns on website purchases within 10 days after delivery. All defective products can be returned for refund or replacement, we also will be responsible for the return shipping cost and The customer is liable to confirm with Ribbons Trading service team for a advisable shipping method.

Exchanges
Product exchanges can be accepted on Ribbons.ae or in Store The same product exchange will be priced at the same discount as the original order, and all other items will be priced as a new order. Order over-payments will be refunded to you, No Exchange on discounted or offer product.
